Bad hair day part 2: the bed head monster

Everyone has had the bed head days:
- you wake up
- you look in the mirror
- you pass out*~*
What if all your bed head troubles could go away?? This post is to help you have a better tomorrow, a tomorrow where people can wake up with terrible hair and walk out with a salon finished look!!!!!!!!!(a little dramatic?)

I will share my secrets with you to fix those crazy bed head troubles.

For Straight Hair:
  • A ponytail sometimes works best, you can make it cute and stylish by adding a bow, ribbon, or a headband.
  • Another option is to put your hair in a bun. My personal favorite is a side bun with a bow on top of it, but a bun can be worn any way to match your personality.
  • If you have enough time you have the option of straightening or curling your hair. Depending on how thick your hair is this might take alot of time.
  • A braid of any kind always adds a finished look. You can simply have one big or two small braids, or you can french braid a section of your hair into a bun or pony tail.
  • If your hair is only frizzy on top, then but it in a half up half down

For Wavy Hair:
This is the kind of hair that I have. Read on to learn the best tricks there are
  •  For wavy hair the trick to success is to embrace the bed head
  • A ponytail always works with wavy hair.  To truly show off your hair only brush the roots to alittle bit above the ear ( I know it sounds gross but read on) then when you but your hair in a side or regular pony tail to show of those beautiful waves. To wavy? run your fingers through   Not Wavy Enough? scrunch your hair
  • If your hair is only frizzy or crazy on top, but it in a half up half down and scrunch the waves to really bring out the texture
  • Another way to save your hair is to but it up in a bun. To spice it up have a side braid going into the bun or add a bow.
  • As with all hair types, if you have enough time you have the option of straightening or curling your hair for a salon finished look.
  • If you want to scrunch your hair I recommend to use the herbal essence mouse that I have put at the bottom right after you get out of the shower

For Curly Hair:
Some people think that thick, curly hair can be a pain. The good news is that as long as you know how to treat it properly you can do amazing things with it.
  • If all else fails you can put your hair up in a cute bun, or back in a pony tail. To add to the look, I would suggest adding a french braid going into your bun or pony tail.
  • Another option you have is to straighten your hair. Of course do not attempt this if you don't have alot of time on your hands. For this make sure you add straightening product to your hair right after you get out of the shower.
  • On the flip side, you could curl you hair. I would suggest you do the same to your hair as you would if you where to straighten your hair, except put curling product in  your hair when you get out of the shower.
I hope you found this tip helpful!!!
See you later, Kendra
